Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving your order and often on the same day where possible.
During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 working days) £3.99
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery £9.99 (Working day dispatch and delivery only). Order before 1.00pm for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be dispatched on the following working day for delivery the next working day after that. Signature required on delivery.
Courier Standard Delivery (up to 4 working days) £3.99
Courier Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days) £4.99
Free UK Delivery - Orders over £50 qualify for free UK tracked delivery.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Orders to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are dispatched by Royal Mail using the same pricing structure as UK deliveries.
BFPO Deliveries
We are happy to send orders to BFPO addresses. These are charged at standard UK delivery rates. Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available for BFPO orders.

EU taxes and handling charges - New Rules 1 July 2026
We want your shopping experience to be completely straightforward and stress free. Due to the new rules imposed by the EU and to make sending items from the UK to Europe as easy as possible, we use Royal Mail's Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service wherever this service is available.
What this means for you: Where the DDP service is available, the EU import taxes and handling fee shown in your shopping basket covers your local country's VAT, the standard EU import customs levy and handling charges. We pay these charges electronically, so there should be no additional import charges to pay locally, before or on delivery.
EU countries where prepaid import charges are not available - Royal Mail does not yet offer us a prepaid import service for a small number of EU destinations. For these countries, EU import charges will not be shown or charged at our checkout. Any applicable import VAT, customs duties and local handling fees will instead be payable by the recipient locally before or on delivery. Please note that these charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control. The countries are:- Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia.
USA Delivery
Due to USA customs import regulations, an additional 10% customs charge will be added at checkout.

Additional Information
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Smaller UK parcels are usually sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the service selected at checkout. Heavier parcels may be sent by courier.
International orders are sent using tracked courier services.
Where necessary, we may occasionally change the delivery provider selected at checkout in order to avoid delays and ensure prompt delivery.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their destination country.
