30 Day Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item for any reason, we are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy.
Items must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Suitable for resale
Adjustable belts may be returned provided they have not been cut or altered.
Additional time allowances may be made for international orders, public holidays, postal delays or severe weather conditions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Original UK delivery charges (Royal Mail 2-3 day tracked or courier delivery tracked) will also be refunded where applicable.
Please note:
- Next Day Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Saturday delivery upgrades are non-refundable

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your item.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
If your return is being sent because of an error by Elegant Extra, return postage costs will be refunded in full.
International Returns
We are happy to offer our international customers and extended 60 day returns period to allow additional time for delivery and return postage.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, original postage cost will not be refunded.
