Delivery
UK inland orders should be received within 2 - 3 working days. During very busy periods or when items are out of stock or being made to order, dispatch may be slightly longer.
Times vary for International Orders, we will be publishing guidance notices shortly. However, please note it has come to our attention that due to higher security levels, it appears to be taking a few days longer for parcels to clear customs in most countries so please take this into consideration if you are ordering something that is required at a specific time e.g. a gift.
Prices
Purchases made within the UK and EU are inclusive of VAT at 20% (where applicable).
UK Postage
Free Delivery anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
£8.95 (Royal Mail Next Day delivery). Orders must be received by 2pm. Please note, orders received on Saturdays and Sundays may not arrive until the following Tuesday. Our apologies but this is due to a change in postal service timings.
European Orders/USA/Canada Postage Rates
All European orders/United States of America/Canada will be charged at:-
£4.00 up to the value of £350.00.
£8.00 up to the value of £700.00
Above £700.00 free of charge.
International Postage Rates
Rates for all other countries come under International postage and will be charged at:-
£5.99 up to the value of £200.

Customs and Excise
Please also remember that customs duty or taxes may be payable in any country according to that countries legislation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties within their own country as charged.
