Delivery
UK inland orders should be received within 3 - 5 working days. During very busy periods or when items are out of stock or being made to order, despatch may be slightly longer.

For delivery anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, postage and packing will be charged at:-
£2.95 for orders up to the value of £24.99 (UK and Northern Ireland)
£3.95 for orders up to the value of between £25.00 - £49.99 (UK and Northern Ireland)

European Orders
All European orders/United States of America/Canada will be charged at:-
£5.00 up to the value of £350.00.
£8.00 up to the value of £700.00
Above £700.00 free of charge.
International Postage Rates
Rates for all other countries come under International postage and will be charged at:-
£10.00 up to the value of £350.

Customs and Excise
Please also remember that customs duty or taxes may be payable in any country according that countries legislation. It is the responsiblity of the purchaser to pay any duties within their own country as charged.
Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned within ten days in good condition. We will then be happy to refund the original price paid for the item or send an exchange. We regret however, that postage and packing cannot be refunded.
Please obtain proof of postage certificate before despatching items.
