Returns and Exchanges
Items must be returned within ten days in perfect condition. We will then be happy to refund the original price paid for the item or send an exchange if requested. Please note that this does not include Next Day delivery charges which are non refundable.
Should you need to take advantage of this, please return the item to Elegant Extras (Returns Department), Unit 20, Manningford Centre, Manningford Bohune Estate, Pewsey, Wiltshire SN9 6NL and advise on exchange item or refund required. If the exchange item cost is more than the original you will also need to advise us on how you wish the difference to be paid.
Costs of returning an item
All charges for returning items are to be incurred by the sender.
Please obtain proof of postage certificate upon despatch.
Next Day delivery charges
